My role is to screen the signers of important documents for their true identity, their willingness to sign without duress or intimidation, and their awareness of the contents of the document or transaction.   

If a person is not cognitive or appears to be pressured I  cannot proceed with notarizing. A travel fee will still apply.  

Our certified loan signing agent is experienced in handling loan documents and can ensure that all documents are properly signed and notarized to meet lender requirements.

Established relationships with many local Attorneys, Realtors, Lenders, and Title Companies. Able to perform signings with all major Title companies directly, including WFG, First American, Fidelity, Ticor, and AmeriTitle.

E&O insurance of $1,000,000

Background checked and certified through the National Notary Association. 

Our notary is experienced in notarizing estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents. We can travel to hospitals, nursing homes, and other locations.

We provide apostille expediting services to help authenticate documents for international use. Vital records must be certified copies.

Whether you need an apostille for birth certificates, marriage certificates, powers of attorney, or other legal documents, I can assist with all steps including meeting with signers to notarize and submitting them to the Oregon state office.

Diplomas & Transcripts must be notarized by a school representative such as a registrar. We have experience coordinating this. 

Oregon State background checks must be notarized by the Police Department first. They can include the notary with your documents at a low fee.

We offer remote online notarization services for those who cannot meet in person. Our notary can perform the notarization via video conference no matter your location with proper identification. 

I offer certified document translation services for official documents that need to be submitted to government agencies, courts, schools, or immigration offices.

Documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, legal records, and other paperwork can be accurately translated and certified for acceptance. 

We provide notary services for real estate transactions, including deeds, affidavits, and other documents related to real estate.

We understand that notarization needs can arise at any time, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options for our notary services. After hours and weekend fees apply.

We have experience completing signings for people in different locations or when folks need to sign at different times.
