 Estate planning documents commonly require 2 unrelated witnesses present. I can provide witnesses at an additional fee.

We provide apostille expediting services to help authenticate documents for international use. Ample experience working with Spanish speaking countries. We can assist with certified document translations for an Apostille.

Whether you need an apostille for birth certificates, marriage certificates, powers of attorney, or other legal documents, I can assist with all steps including meeting with signers to notarize and submitting them to the Oregon Secretary of State office for your convenience.

• Diplomas & Transcripts must be notarized by a school representative such as a registrar. We can coordinate this.
• Birth, marriage, and death certificates must be certified copies from vital records.
• Oregon State background checks must be notarized by the Police Department first. They will include the notary with your background check at a low fee.

We offer secure remote online notarization services for those who cannot meet in person. Our notary can perform the notarization via video conference no matter your location with proper identification.
